Flowing Gutters
Scholars have said that seeing people's gutters flowing with rainwater while they are in distress may indicate abundant provisions and the lifting of their worries. However, their flowing without rain might signify sedition and unlawful money, or vain talk during strife, or bloodshed. The flowing of gutters with blood reinforces these negative indications. For those eager for children and pregnancy, gutters flowing in houses or under beds may indicate despair of procreation.
