Copyright and Content Removal Policy

6.1 Filing a Complaint

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@alarab24.net including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its location on the Site (URL)
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

6.2 Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content, and notify the user who posted it.

6.3 Counter-Notice

If you believe content you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to privacy@alarab24.net including your identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Texas, if outside the U.S.). We may restore the content after a reasonable period unless the original complainant files legal action.

6.4 Other Content Removal Requests

For content that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines but is not a copyright matter (e.g., defamation, privacy violations, impersonation), contact privacy@alarab24.net with details, and we will review under those policies.

6.5 Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
