2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or submit content. Minors may browse but not post or register.

2.2 Your Account

You are responsible for your credentials and account activity, and for providing accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraud or abuse.

2.3 The Business Directory

Listings may be submitted by owners, community members, or public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing, including hours, contact information, halal status, certifications, or claim status. Confirm details directly with the business.

Halal status and certifications, religious affiliation, and community ownership shown on listings are self-declared by the business or submitted by community members, and are not independently verified or certified by AlArab24 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users relying on this for religious or dietary observance should verify directly with the business.

Business owners may claim their listing for editing rights. We may request reasonable verification; claim approval is not an endorsement or guarantee of legitimacy, quality, or practices.

2.4 User-Generated Content

Applies to reviews, ratings, questions, answers, photos, and classifieds posts ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to post it, it is accurate, and does not violate any law or third-party right. By posting, you grant AlArab24 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Site, in both language versions, and in AI-generated summaries or related features. Reviews must reflect genuine experience — no fake reviews, compensated reviews without disclosure, or reviews by business owners about their own business or a competitor.

2.5 Prohibited Conduct

No false, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content; no infringement of intellectual property; no impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation; no fake listings, reviews, or rating manipulation; no unauthorized collection of other users' personal information; no unauthorized access attempts; no unauthorized bots/scrapers; no sexually explicit, violent, or illegal-activity-promoting content; no abuse of the referral/rewards system (self-referral, fake accounts, fraudulent verification). We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

2.6 Referral and Rewards Program

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or revoke points earned through fraud (self-referral, fake accounts, device/email/phone matching indicating abuse), at any time. Reward eligibility and values may change without prior notice.

2.7 Classifieds

Listings must comply with these Terms and the Classifieds Posting Rules (Part 4). Subject to automatic expiration and removal without notice for violations. AlArab24 is not a party to transactions between users and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of classifieds content.

2.8 Intellectual Property

The Site's design, logo, and original content (excluding User Content and third-party news) are owned by AlArab24. News summaries are AI-generated condensations attributed to original sources with links back — we do not republish full articles or claim ownership of third-party news. 2.9 Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site may link to third-party sites and display Google AdSense advertising. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or accuracy; a link or ad is not an endorsement.

2.10 Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of listings, reviews, or other content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

2.11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlArab24 and its owners, employees, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on listings, reviews, or classifieds content.

2.12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AlArab24 harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.

2.13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time.

2.14 Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.

2.15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Updated Terms posted with a new effective date.
