The Child
Scholars have said that seeing a grown child in a dream may indicate honor and strength, and that the mother is more central to the interpretation than the father. Seeing a boy suddenly grow into a man might signify his death or, alternatively, strength and assistance. It was also mentioned that if a man dreams of having a male child while his wife is pregnant, she might give birth to a girl, and vice versa.
