The Ruined Village
Scholars have said that seeing a prosperous village ruined and its known farms disabled might indicate misguidance or calamity for its inhabitants. If seen prosperous, it signifies the righteousness of its inhabitants' religion. Rocks might symbolize the dead or people of hardness, heedlessness, and ignorance, and the hearts of disbelievers are sometimes likened to them.
