Food and Drink of Hell
Interpreters have said that if one sees themselves eating from the food of Hell or drinking from its drink, or being afflicted by its heat or harm from its custodians, all of this is interpreted as the sinful deeds they commit. Al-Qayrawani mentioned that entering Hell for a sick disbeliever means death, and for a devout believer, it means illness, fever, poverty, imprisonment, committing a major sin, or associating with evildoers.
