Falling Thunderbolts and Flood

Scholars have said that seeing thunderbolts falling on houses may indicate news of death reaching absent loved ones, or burdens and taxes imposed on people. If they fall in farms and gardens, it might point to calamities and pests, or unjust tax collectors, and injustice and corruption spread in that place. As for a flood, its entry into a city may indicate an epidemic if its color is like blood, or the safe entry of an army, or an enemy attacking its people and injustice from the ruler.
