The Bull
Scholars have said that an ox in a dream represents a ruler, a strong and formidable man, or a worker. Owning and riding it signifies triumph and the attainment of authority and glory. Slaughtering an ox may indicate overcoming enemies or killing an official, or oppression and aggression, or it could point to financial benefit depending on the purpose of the slaughter. An ox's lowing may foretell a distant journey, and its butting can signify wrath, righteous offspring, or the loss of kingdom. It can also symbolize a year, or great words that cannot be retracted.
