Scar of Cauterization

Scholars have said that seeing a cauterization scar, whether old or new and protruding from the skin, may indicate acquiring wealth from a treasure. If this wealth is used in obedience to Allah, one will succeed; if used in disobedience, one will be tormented by it on the Day of Judgment, based on a Quranic verse. It was also said that cauterization might signify hurtful words, steadfastness in matters of authority, or marriage and childbirth. It is narrated that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) saw two cauterization marks on his chest, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) interpreted as him ruling worldly affairs for two years.
