Graying Beard with Remaining Blackness

Scholars have said that whoever dreams of their beard graying with some blackness remaining, it indicates dignity. However, if no blackness remains, they might fall into poverty and lose their prestige. It was narrated that a man came to Ibn Sirin, relating that his beard was white and he was dyeing it, but the dye would not stick. Ibn Sirin told him that the whiteness of the beard signifies a deficit in his dominion, and he seeks to conceal it, but his situation has already become known.
