Excelling in Preaching and Prayer

Scholars have said that seeing oneself excelling in preaching and prayer, completing them with the people listening to their sermon, indicates that they will become an obeyed ruler. However, if they do not complete the sermon and prayer, their rule will not be complete and they may be dismissed.
