Being Sick in the Dwelling
Scholars have said that a person seeing themselves in a dwelling while sick in a dream may indicate recovery and salvation from worldly tribulations and evils. If the person is not sick, this vision could be good news for them, commensurate with their righteous deeds such as pilgrimage, jihad, worship, knowledge, charity, or patience in adversity. The meaning of the good news is further understood by the additional details of the dream and the waking life experiences of the dreamer.
