Scholars have said that if one dreams of a fresh wound in their body from which blood flows, it might indicate financial harm and ill talk directed at them, but they might gain a reward for it. As for a head wound from which no blood flows, it might signify imminent acquisition of wealth; if blood flows, it's wealth whose impact will be evident.
