Selling
Scholars have said that seeing oneself being sold or called out for sale may carry different meanings. If a man buys them, they might experience sorrow, but if a woman buys them, they might attain authority, honor, and dignity, with the dignity increasing with the price. It was also said that selling might imply the loss of possession or a change from one state to another.
