The Citron
Scholars have said that if a man sees a woman giving him a citron, it may indicate the birth of a son, and a man throwing a citron at another may signify a marriage proposal. The citron generally symbolizes good things; eating one, two, or three may mean a child. Many citrons could indicate good wealth, a state, or accumulated money if it is sweet.
