Cauterization by Fire

Interpreters mention that if one dreams of cauterizing someone with fire painfully, it may indicate that he will harm the cauterized person with bad words or that a misfortune from a ruler will befall him. If the cauterization is circular, it might signify steadfastness in a ruler's matter contrary to the Sunnah.
