The General Populace

Interpreters believe that seeing dawn or day (as previously mentioned) for the general populace living under siege, hardship, injustice, drought, or tribulation, may indicate their emergence from these conditions and their salvation. Conversely, the arrival of night after day is interpreted oppositely, according to people's waking circumstances.
