The Building
Scholars have said that seeing construction in a dream indicates gathering relatives and friends for joy. Whoever builds a structure in a town or village might marry a woman from there, and the interpretation varies according to the building materials: pottery suggests adornment and hypocrisy, clay indicates lawful earnings, an engraved building points to authority or knowledge mixed with amusement, and gypsum and brick with an image signifies engaging in falsehoods. Furthermore, building a room above one's house may symbolize another marriage or an increase in worldly gains and elevation.
